      Gambling Help is a NSW Government initiative to help  people experiencing problems with gambling to connect with the services that can help them overcome their gambling problem.

    • Man Therapy – Beyond Blue

      Man Therapy is a  website toolkit from Beyond Blue, that enables you to learn more, providing you strategies designed to protect your wellbeing and to guide you to professional treatment if/when you require support.

    • Mental Health Access Line

      The ‘front’ door to Community Mental Health Services for people of all ages is via the Mental Health Access Line 1800 011 511, while not a counselling service the mental health professionals who answer calls will advise whether or not a person is in need of mental health services or would be better accessing another service.

      The Mental Health Line provides people with easy access to expert mental health advice over the telephone.

      The Mental Health Line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and provides a telephone triage assessment and referral service staffed by mental health clinicians.

      Grow is a community of persons working towards better mental health through mutual help and a 12 Step Program of recovery.

      Grow is a Northern NSW Local Health Districts supported program, in which small groups of people who have experienced depression, anxiety or other mental or emotional distress, meet together on a weekly basis to help each other deal with the challenges of life.

    • Shambhala United Network Inc.

      We are a local NFP organisation and registered charity, supporting those living with mental illness. Our long-term goal is to provide a halfway house for those coming from a mental health ward or drug & alcohol rehab.

      Our therapies and modalities support our clients on a holistic level. Our volunteers’ services include meditation, massage, yoga, reiki, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, diet and nutrition, chiropractic services, fitness and exercise, art therapy, dance therapy, laughter therapy, etc.

      All volunteers are qualified and registered (if necessary) in their field. All volunteers have a criminal record check prior to volunteering.
