Stepping On

Stepping On is a free community based falls prevention program for people over 65 years who are living in the community, able to walk independently or with a walking stick, and are cognitively able to participate in a group program.

The program consists of weekly sessions (2 hours duration) for 7 weeks and a 2 month booster session, with health professional presenters providing a range of falls prevention information sessions, and a focus on strength and balance exercises.
